Rev. Amber Blackwell-Childers, M. Div., is a chaplain on staff with the GHS Spiritual Care and Education Department. Amber started at GHS as a CPE resident in August 2006. After a year of CPE residency (with a focus in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care), she went to work as a Patient Family Liaison in the Emergency Department at GMH for a year and a half before being hired to serve on staff with the department in July 2009. Amber worked with Adult Oncology and Palliative Care from 2009-2014 and now currently serves as chaplain to Women’s Hospital at GMH, working predominantly with perinatal bereavement. Amber is also a certified Enneagram Teacher and Consultant through the ESNT (Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition) and works within the Greenville Health System coordinating and educating leadership and front line staff around utilizing the Enneagram as a self-awareness tool in conjunction with the GHS culture centered on the model of Conscious Leadership.
Jeff Cameron, MSW, also works for the Greenville Health System as the Manager of Hospital Case Management of the Palliative Care Social Work Team. He has prior experience in hospice, child protective services and OP/IOP addiction counseling.
